I earn £25,500 (37.5h/week). For UK 1st/2nd‑line or IT support engineers, does this seem underpaid, and what range is realistic?

Have you ever fallen for one of those IT test emails? These are getting out of hand. I received an email that looked like it came from my manager asking me to click on her Calendly link and schedule a meeting. I clicked on it, only to get a pop up saying I failed the test and the results will be sent to my supervisor. It's crap, I looked at the email closer and the only red flag is the email address had a b instead of a d, who's going to catch something like that?

Hello all, I currently work within one of the local hospitals as security. I have been wanting to make the leap and try to get into the IT field. Currently I have only the Coursera "Google IT Support" certificate. I know I will need to get more certificates, which is why I'm working at the hospital.
