My surgery center is looking to add a separate entity that will only do GI. 3 dedicated endoscopy rooms. I have been asked to take on the materials management side of it. I am currently the materials manager for our 5 room asc... My manager has asked me to come up with a salary expectation for taking on this endo side. I have over 10 years of experience in endoscopy. So my question is: What would a starting pay be for a materials manager who would only be doing endoscopy?

im an AD that does a lot of photo art direction. I’m putting together case studies of my portfolio to show during interviews, as my site only has the final images, what exactly do you show during the interview process? Almost all content about showing process during an interview is about UX/UI, logo, branding, etc, & really nothing for photo art direction. Exactly what part brief do you include? Do u include an intro to each brand/target audience? moodboard/mockups?

The core question: does anyone have any advice for someone who's worked endpoint tech or tier 2 tech support for 15 years and would like to move on in IT? I don't feel I have time to focus on getting certifications, I don't have any official education to put on a resume. I’ve been a registered xray tech for a year now, and now wanting to pursue a different modality. Ive been really interested in branching out into the mammography field. I’ve only ever had experience working at an orthopedic clinic, and I’m not sure how to go about emailing a local hospital if they could be a clinical site for me since I had already had clinicals there as a xray student. Could any one give me any advice?

Curious to hear from anyone who’s been in these workstreams: What are the typical exit opps for each one? Which path opens the most doors down the line (e.g., corp dev, strategy roles, PE ops, etc.)? Would really appreciate any insight!
