tips for being alert for a morning interview as an evening chronotype? i have a couple days to fix my sleep so i am working on trying to get up with enough time to be fully dressed up (incl. makeup) and cognitively prepared. i have historically struggled with sleep inertia. my prescription (adderall) helps me wake up but coffee doesn't do anything for me. it takes time for the adderall to work though and i have to get up to take it lol does hot-to-cold showering work? i might try that next.
