They say you don’t fit the culture. The reality is that it’s an Indian firm from India and most of the work is low cost staff augmentation. They cannot sell value. Most of the sales people are of Indian origin who cannot sell value. Favoritism is very rampant.

Hi All, In 16th i finished my interviews and got offered the role in Infosys. It is sap related role. The HR informed me that I'll be getting a call in few days about the offer letter being released and all. Now it's one week yet no updates. I have sent mail to the hr mail id given in the application, tried calling the HR( he didn't pick the call). So what is the normal wait time after the interviews are done to offer letter being released?

All the interviews I have gotten from other companies, seemed pretty good match to me and since I have genuinely worked on, I hoped to portray it like that but somehow I get super tensed and mostly mess up the STAR method. I have been applying for consulting job postings via LinkedIn and Naukri without much luck so far. Have 9 years of consulting experience with 6 years onsite. At Infosys, I have a 90 day notice period policy. I am beginning to wonder if it is the qualification mismatch or the notice period that is hampering my chances of hopping into a new company. Any idea? Is the 90 day notice period way too long for a recruiter?Infosys

I have completed my all rounds/salary discussion at infosys on 20 Aug and the document verification was done in first week of september. However, I have not yet received any offer letter yet and it shows decision pending on infosys portal. Has anyone faced the same ? How much time Infosys usually takes to release offer letter in such scenarios.
