I just finished my master’s in CS and haven’t landed anything yet. I’m seriously considering taking an Intel manufacturing role just to get my foot in the door and then trying to pivot internally into a corporate engineering or tech role. Is that still a real pathway in 2026, or once you’re in manufacturing do you get stuck there? Has anyone actually made that jump recently, especially in semiconductor or AI-focused companies?
Hello I am a PTA with 9 years experience and I was offered 26.50 (55,000) an hour in Farmington Maine. this is less than I made as a new grad. They would not budge despite discussion on current cost of living, etc. I am looking for some intel on other PTAs in the system in order to go to HR and my supervisor with some numbers for a raise. Thanks in advance!
To much nonsense with Intel ups and Artificial intelligence. Many post jobs and opportunities with out need a position filling or checking AI or Intel ups. Seems like every Company's are scare to expand with new Regulations and prefer to wait or down size. Good luck finding a job with AI talking your Job
Please share any intel on Massumi & Consoli, e.g., culture, work life balance and compensation, etc. Sitting on the fence because it was founded by two ex K&E partners and it seemed to have a history of laying off people when things were slow (based on a few old posts on FB).
So, uh, intel on Ashurst anyone, esp. their US offices? Would love some intel on policies on reduced FTE (and comp and bonuses for reduced FTEs), any unstated hours expectations, comp structure, longevity for non-partnership track roles, WLB, etc. 😬
Here are some job opportunities at Intel that I can refer qualified people for. - Director - Product Management - AI Silicon [Sal: $237K+] - Microsoft Gaming Global Strategy Sales Manager [Sal: $349K+] - Deep Learning Hardware Engineer [Sal: $211K+]
I'm checking out a job opening at Censys, but it looks like 25% of the company was laid off last year between April and May. Does anyone have any intel here? It looks like some leadership was in this RIF as well. Any insight would be great. Thank you!
Does anyone have intel on actual salaries or bonuses at Altshuler Berzon? Their website says salaries start at 102K but that seems ludicrously low for a relatively prestigious boutique given the cost of living in SF.
Genuinely confused! Microsoft layoff another 9k people. Intel layoff seem like in 20k range. And other tech companies as well. What happens to all these people? They just live off their savings? Move in with their parents?
