      Dream Home Mortgage

I’ve seen a lot of questions about whether international students can actually buy homes in the U.S. The good news is yes, it’s possible. With the right lender, international students can qualify for specific mortgage programs even without permanent residency or citizenship. The process may involve higher down payments or extra documentation, but many succeed. Dream Home Mortgage offers guidance and tailored options to make this path smoother. https://dreamhomemortgage2.wordpress.com/2025/08/14/can-international-students-buy-homes-in-the-u-s/

Anyone at McKinsey & Company / Boston Consulting Group / Bain & Company who can provide a referral for the Riyadh office? I’ve been at a T2 for ~2 years post-undergrad with a promotion this year, based out of Riyadh (non-Arabic speaker). I am of course a generalist, but I’ve had considerable experience in Financial Services (banking). Target school undergrad. Happy to share my CV and discuss if there’s any pull right now for juniors in Riyadh for 2026 start dates. Would be super grateful.

I don't know if this would be the right bowl to put this in, but part of me has been thinking about doing graduate school abroad. I'm currently thinking about Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, but I don't have any plans. I know tuition and available programs are major factors into this, and I need some ideas on where I should apply to. For reference, I have a Bachelor's in Digital Media and want to do graduate studies in animation/digital media or marketing.

      Salary Negotiations

      Investment Manager
      3mo

Has anyone ever tried negotiating for professional education sponsorship? I'm interested the Columbia CIO Program or the Wharton Global C-Suite Program, but I would like to leverage corporate sponsorship to offset the cost. (my participation would not directly benefit my current role, but better position/equip me for future opportunities. Also, my firm is a huge proponent of professional/career/personal development)

      Career Advice for Students

      International Admissions Manager
      7mo

U.S. student arrivals dropped 19% this August, sparking budget cuts at several universities. For International students, this means tougher competition—but also new scholarship and funding opportunities as schools seek diverse talent. Apply early, prepare strong funding plans, and stay informed. I help students secure admission, funding, and visas for U.S. & Canada. #StudyAbroad #Visa #Scholarships
