A company called Dayton Freight new in my area built a little dock about a mile from where I live.I saw they’re hiring for full time/part time Fork lift operators.Soon as I saw it I applied HOPEFULLY Iget interviewed The reviews from former/current employees seems like ajob I’ll like and stay at for a long time I’ve been certified twice for Forklift but it’s been years.Will they hire me not being currently certified? Laid off right now from out of town/state work so I would love getting on here!

I am due to finish my Training Contract and im wondering what to qualify in. I do know it's to qualify in the Property Sector; its just I dont know what to choose between Residential Property or Commercial Property. I dont have a lot of Commercial Property Exp, but I do with Residential Property. I've heard Connercial Property is alot easier than Residential, but im just not sure as im finishing my TC soon. I'm not sure if its possible to do both Any Career advice would be appreciative 🙏🏾

I am a Civil/Structural Engineer in the UK with 4 years of experience, working to ICE Chartership. I don't want to stay in CivEng, mainly because of the pay progression in the field. I've researched and struggled to find other high paying careers I can pivot into with my background aside from management consulting. Still not sure whether to pivot now, or push through and get chartered and then think about it later. Is chartership even worth it if I don't want to stay in engineering?
