How feasible is the L5 to L6 promo for S&O at G? Currently at a non-FAANG big tech (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, etc.) and got an L5 offer that’s 10% higher comp than my current TC. But here I am a top performer and have clear path to L6 level TC in a couple of years.

Got an interview with Google coming up for their S&O group, SA role. What is L5 TC package look like there (broken down between Base, Bonus, RSU, Sign-on etc) and is there room for negotiation on any of those?

Have over 7 yoe. 3 in product and remaining in consulting/tech implementation. Just got a L4 product manager at Google. Can I negotiate for L5? Is L4 aligned with my level of experience or should I push to L5?
