I promise I don't have ADHD or anything, but I dissociate hard when I'm driving to or from the office. I get on the interstate, and my body goes into autopilot, while my brain starts planning my day or going through whatever issues I'm dealing with in life. Before I know it, I'm pulling into the office. I manage to break and avoid other cars while driving but lord knows how. But it makes me wonder, how many other people are driving on autopilot? I guess at some point, my luck will run out.

✅ Today: Built automation loop structure Tomorrow: One cell populates with real data Day 3: Three tokens pull data successfully Day 4: Manual scan of MUTM documented as a case study The AI model I am using Know's I have ADHD, and building a small business takes hours and hours of time. The only wins are self driven. I have been in complete hyperfocus mode. Was feeling burn't out. I created structure that is actually working. Anyone else try this? Thanks to those here for the inspiration

Good day everyone 👋, I’m thrilled to introduce my latest project — AI Model Training Studio, a Python-powered Machine Learning & Deep Learning software that automatically creates TFLite (.tflite), Keras (.h5) and label.txt files — without writing a single line of code! ⚙️ What It Does Simply upload your dataset (ZIP or RAR] ✅ Auto-detect and import image labels (no manual typing needed!) ✅ Generate .tflite, .h5, and label.txt files instantly and customize model name #ML #AI #tflite

Has anyone actually found a job using an auto-application AI tool??? I have previously resisted using an AI agent to auto-apply but am at a breaking point. The old school method of personally/individually applying for each position on a company website is very time-consuming for such a low number of interviews - not to mention mentally and emotionally exhausting/draining. For those who found a job using an AI agent - which which one did you use? Any to avoid?

Any suggestions from my fellow auto and property appraisers in the industry in career growth? Former body shop manager/estimator, have worked on the carrier side for four years. Auto physical damage seems to be such a small chunk of the insurance world compared to SIU, underwriting, litigation, etc. Any suggestions on where in depth technical knowledge (of auto) and claims handling would pair well to make a move to another part of the claims world?

Is my career safe if AI actually starts automating parts of my job? I’ve been a mid-level software engineer for five years, mostly building internal tools. Recently our roadmap added “AI assistant integrations” and I got floated into helping train the model. The weird part is I’m now teaching a system what I used to build, and I’m not sure if that means future jobs will be mine or the model’s.

8 years. 6-month contracts. Repeat. At Amazon I've retained clients walking out the door, built EU-scale automation saving 450hrs/year, tripled site throughput, led the first UK B2B Vendor Flex launch. All as a contractor. I look back and think…damn. One-man army. Every role I've touched I've left faster, leaner, more automated. And yet here I am wondering if I need a picker-packer shift to feed my family. Still going. 💪

Hi everyone, I am planning ahead for my career and thinking which areas likely be automated by AI in consulting so that I can build my skills around it or just focus on a completely different sector/function with least impact. What are your thoughts on which areas you see the most AI automation coming in? Would be good to see short-term (1-2yr) and long-term view (3+)! Thanks!

IAH Rideshare Reddit, Inc. Recently saw on Grizzy’s Hood News that there is trouble using Uber or Lyft out of the airport. Need to use one soon, has anyone had issues, or have any suggestions? Flying domestic, arrival terminal could change, so looking for all options, thank you! Tagging Reddit, because my post inexplicably keeps getting removed by r/Houston mods!
