What would TC be at my level at mag 7? Wondering if I should accept or keep targeting mag 7 in the US. (I'm ok with moving to another country, but wonder if coming back to thr US would be difficult). Offer: 325k (usd) base 90k (usd) target bonus 50k (usd) worth of living/housing expenses (expat package).

I am trying to get a gauge on where my salary should be. I’m a GCD (with no ECD above me, I report to CCO) running a team of 11 across three accounts. Two are relatively small, organic growth potential account, while the main one is the agency’s main client billing $100M+. I’ve won all the big awards multiple times, as recently as last cycle. Haven’t had a salary adjustment in about 3 years, so just trying to see where the market is at. Thanks for any help!

I've read the reports of Ant raising a new round at a $900B+ valuation. If right now Ant is still issuing RSUs at near the $380B valuation from February then it probably makes more sense for me to rush the process and see if I can squeeze in. Anyone know?

I just found out someone that I’ve been dating for ~6 months is a member of Landmark Forum, after they tried to get me to go to a 3 day seminar for it. It raised a red flag for me and after researching it even more on google/Reddit, it’s really giving cult/MLM, and now I’m properly spooked. When you see the use of an ellipsis "..." in a work email, does it feel dismissive, or is it just me? I can't put my finger on why, but it seems rude to me when someone uses it in business correspondence. What do you say - should we ditch the dots, or just assume good intent? And don't get me started on em dashes. 🤣

I was curious and checked it out; realized it’s a paid fellowship (student pay) and people also have to pay to be a mentor 🧐 Feel s like some weird cross if degree mill X pyramid scheme for mid career pivot seekers. What an I missing? Is this common?

My lead pings me every hour or so for a status update on things I’m still trying to finish. It feels like I spend more time talking about my work than actually doing it. If I don't answer right away, they call me. How would you go about asking for a boundary so you can just focus without being rude?

How do you know if someone is jealous of you? I feel like some people in the friend circle see me as competition, when in reality we’re in different sectors and different stages of life! I just dont understand, how can I confirm this thought?
