Gut check please. Received an offer to join a major company in another country. 13 YOE generalist, and I've been trying to break into big tech (mag 7) with no luck. What would TC be at my level at mag 7? Wondering if I should accept or keep targeting mag 7 in the US. (I'm ok with moving to another country, but wonder if coming back to thr US would be difficult). Offer: 325k (usd) base 90k (usd) target bonus 50k (usd) worth of living/housing expenses (expat package).

I'd love for a MAGAt to explain how they're ok with their taxes going directly to Trump, no benefit to them. Call me crazy, but does it not make sense to use Amex Plat for all things credits (would be approx a $1.2k net positive for me), and then use Chase Trifecta for points? I live near an airport with the Chase Lounge. Seems like this combo is worth it, but am I missing something?
