Ive been thinking a lot about how the transition from physical to digital media has meant the loss of a lot of everyday art objects, and the jobs related to making art for a commercial purpose that drew me to the industry as a teen deciding to go to design school back in the day. I really miss cd and cassette tape inserts as design objects. They were so tactile and eclectic. There really isnt a lot of opportunity for designers to make objects that are more beautiful than practical these days.

I’ve failed FAR 5 times (73, 70, 72, 70, 71 😭😭😭). I’m so close and I feel confident that I know the material but I keep missing the mark. I think I find the test itself so intimidating and I just choke on test day. I have Becker, i75 and Ninja. I’ve been through the material multiple times and I think I’m too familiar with it at this point. Does anyone have any recommendations on if there is another review course I should try or approach to studying? Please helpppppp!

I work for a aerospace company . I am leaving becouse there is NO more work there I have decades of experience in Polymerics and electrical building circuit boards wire harnesses and doing the Polymerics on them I work in the Polymerics lab and the electrical lab I work were they need me the most It is In Boulder CO at LASP I am trying to find what my market value is ? I have not found any thing on here that is that specific. I still have the Licenses that is requird for all of these jobs

Help please - I registered for spring 2026 CAIA. I started with the CAIA materials but I’m having trouble grasping all the concepts. I don’t feel like the CAIA study materials are great. Like it had a learning game with matching the term to the definition but for the right answer, the term was in the definition so easy to pick out. I work in finance but don’t have a finance background. If you took CAIA and passed, what study programs did you use that were most helpful?

I recently applied for a job where my resume and cover letter were emailed in to a staff member at the organization rather than providing an application through a platform. Is it reasonable to expect some sort of response? It's been about 3 weeks since I submitted my materials and I haven't even gotten a confirmation of receipt. Would it be frowned upon or too pushy to reach out to confirm they at least received my materials?
