Hello everyone I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Environmental Engineering Konkuk University South Korea. And i am expecting to graduate in August 2026. My research focuses on waste to energy technologies, particularly hydrogen-rich syngas production from sewage sludge using microwave-assisted pyrolysis. I’m looking to connect with professionals in sustainable energy, and related fields, and would appreciate any insights on career paths and opportunities as I approach graduation. Thanks

Work-life balance is dead. After researching, I've learned it's about "work-life FIT" not balance. 🔄 Balance = equal weight (impossible) ✅ Fit = adapting work to YOUR life Companies offering flexible core hours, results-focus, and mental health days are winning. I created a 21 page free Personal Work-Life Fit Framework for anyone Get it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tHhh1XeorqzJsufOUFQeDsHbXB4_C8cCig2AsWa5fro/edit?tab=t.0 What's your biggest work-life challenge?

      Life Sciences Consulting

      Senior Consultant

Based on my personal experience, I would encourage life sciences professionals to carefully evaluate opportunities at ProcDNA before joining. I found the work to be heavily support-oriented and less strategic or innovative than I had expected. For those looking for cutting-edge analytics, consulting, data science, or technology-focused work, it may not align with your career goals. Continued in comments

Anyone here work in consulting with a Life Sciences/healthcare focus? Looking to make a transition in my current industry focus. If you’re in the NYC area then I’d love to connect in person (coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, etc.). This also includes LEK, I think my current job makes LEK look like a WLB improvement currently. tyia.
