Meta is pretty openly discriminating against Americans internally.
PSC / the system is built on easily faked metrics that the directors in charge of alter at others whims.
This ends up getting abused at scale in the company.
People aren't getting hiring for skill or kept, they're pushed in an out by politics that have nothing to do with the job.
This ends up affecting the rest of the world, with this same bias spilling out into how ads on meta platforms work.
