Hi, I have recently been interviewed by Fitch Ratings for software enginee role and they offered me the job. since then communication from HR hasn’t been great. i accepted the offer, they put me through a security clearance with a 3rd which completed around 2-3 weeks ago. But there hasn’t been any communication from HR for day 1 onboarding process. Is it like this in Fitch ? I assumed it was place to work, anyone from Fitch please dm, should i look out for other roles before I get in ?
