Looking for advice on IE vs NPI/Project mgmt. Currently working as an Industrial Engineer sustaining manufacturing lines and working on various continuous improvement projects. Current company offered an NPI engineering role. I like my current boss/mentor and am in line for a promotion. However, I like the new role in NPI, it will involve working on cool new projects with many teams including leadership. Looking for advice/thoughts on career paths for NPI/PM vs IE, should I prioritize one more?

Collaborate with PA/NP's Saw post for a physician moderator at Midi, I'm familiar with company. It listed the pay at 110 per hr, sounds like you're on call for the NP's? What threw me was they asked if you could work Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific time? Does anyone have information about Midi for docs?

Is TELLUS DIGITAL a good company to work for, I have seen some reviews. Wanted the bowls opinion. Does anyone- have any personal experience with this company? I landed a 6 week project, and I am excited to get started but, I have already been through three onboarding analysis. Does it keep going or does paid work actually happen. Or, do you think I am literally training AI for free?
