      Consulting Exit Opportunities

      Strategy Senior Manager
      9mo

Dear Fishers, After 10 years in IT Strategy (US), I have the opportunity to be Chief of IT Strategy, Performance and Governance reporting directly to a CIO (ExCom member). My purpose is to see how things work internally from a client perspective staying on my area of expertise (IT Strategy, Transformation and Operating Model) & seeking for the CIO role or a Transformation role at a mid/long term. Has any of you done a similar move before? What are your thoughts? Many thanks for your answers.

I know startups these days are tech focused, anyone interested in something more physical? I am looking at an agricultural co-op based on Italian models, where farmers pool capital and own the entire value chain. Either small specialty dairy or meat farms where output is process in a co-op facility and then sold either DTC or wholesale. This means no middleman squeezing the farmers and much higher margins for them. can still have same corporate style benefits like insurance, PTO, etc..

Working in erstwhile Dunn Solutions which has now merged with Kaar technologies Inc has been an incredibly enlightening experience. From starting as a simple PowerBI data analyst, I have had the opportunity to work on multiple technology stacks such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, FiveTran and more. I have also worked in AI as well, since the nature of consulting enables us to be hands on with all the latest technologies. Look forward to many more learning experiences.

Anyone here looking for exit opportunities to a completely different non-corporate field? I am so burnt out I am just done with the corporate AI hellscape my job has become. I am looking to start a legit farming co-op based on what they do in Italy. smallish dairy or meat farms own the whole value chain and make much more money than traditional American industrial farms. Let me know if anyone is interested. Already have a few people interested.

NVIDIA IC3 vs Series E TLM decision: NVIDIA offers strong long-term upside—brand value, internal mobility (Hyderabad), and platform exposure—but requires stepping back from management into an IC role. Series E TLM provides higher compensation, current management scope (team of 5), and stability in the short term, but comes with startup volatility. Priorities: management growth, relocation to Hyderabad, and avoiding re-entering the job market.

Has anyone reccently done NIPT testing with Cigna? They told me it will be fully covered if it’s a “medical necessity” but then wouldn’t define what criteria that is. I’ve heard of people having issues with it being covered if you’re not high risk (over 35, something abnormal on a scan, etc.). Does anyone have any insight to how strictly Cigna defines “medical necessity” in practice?

Hi everyone! I’m preparing for the Oracle OCI Principal Software Engineer (IC4) interview and would love insights on the first-round process. Was it mainly DSA/LeetCode, system design, or a mix? Also curious about the difficulty level and any focus on cloud, distributed systems, or microservices. Any tips or recent experiences would be super helpful — thank you!
