Today I’d like to announce that Omnicom Production, Publicis Production, and WPP will merge and form one global domination as OmniPubPP Productions. Together we will shoot billions of internal videos of our 800x C-Suite officers and continue to output Millions of GenAI pitch videos and we vow to continue to not have a clue about how to actually compete with actual production companies, but our stockholders who have no idea how this all works will think this means we will drive more revenue!

Having been here since March of last year, I've found a lot to celebrate about this company - Legacy companies, particularly family-owned, family-founded ones, can sometimes suffer from a homogeneity of personality type, look, demographics, etc, but Airoom is a really diverse team that hasn't fallen into the trap of ageism, sexism, ableism, racism, etc that can plague organizations over time--and it's done intentionally, with an eye toward diversity and difference - a welcome surprise

Currently a summer in the corp group at a V10 - planning on choosing m&a purely for exit opps, is this a mistake? Other summers keep discussing what groups they’re gravitating towards based on what they find “interesting”, but this seems kind of short sighted to me? Am i missing something? Cap markets seems interesting to me too but I’m not sure how much experience it takes to go in house in that group

Anyone work for United Health Group/Optum Insight? There is a position open and after being laid off from my job in October Im wondering if this would land me back in the same spot. Plus they give no ideas on PTO. State all these other incentives but no mention of PTO. Anyone have Pros & Cons? I know each department is different. It would be for a Senior Data Entry Clerk. Any Insight would be great on the company as a whole.

Am in the lucky position to have an L8 GCP sales offer. Large portion of the comp is equity which vests over 4 years 38/32/20/10%. Google recruiters are telling me that despite what the offer says, equity refreshers mean that total comp still grows over time. Keen to hear from other L8s as to whether this is true? In the actual table in the official offer, year 4 comp is ~half of year 1 comp.

If a small specialized lit group gets poached by another firm, is it bad to join their group at the already-established firm they went to? They are building it out at the established firm and looking for associates at other firms for now, but not sure if folks have experience with that. Seems like a good way to pivot into a specialty, but worry about the risk too.

Why is OCM one of the first areas to get challenged by clients in a technology implementation? Client don’t see the value? they think their HR team can do it? or assemble a skeleton crew of internal people that have some cycles to burn, the point is, it feels that OCM is one of the first areas to get on the chopping block to cut hours…

Why is it more common for people to teams message when i show OOO? This didnt used to happen but more and more people teams message all hours including when I am OOO on PTO for a few days. There are no boundaries at work anymore.....and I feel like I am gonna get poor reviews if I try to set some.

Can anyone share insight into how Omnicom Production works? Is it just studio teams that are centralized? Do producer staff still sit within the individual agencies or was every producer moved to a central reporting structure? Coming over from IPG and on edge given the lack of communication.
