I want to share one interview story in a company called Tabi Life KK. This is companys website: https://tabilife.co.jp The interview process for a QA Engineer position included an initial interview, a take-home technical task, and a second interview. After months of delays and multiple follow-up emails, I was ultimately rejected. The reason was a requirement for native-level Japanese, a detail that was never mentioned in the job description or at any point during the interview process. Check comments section too.

So my kid said kid B lifted her skirt, looked at her panties in school. Teacher responded today that she chatted with other kids and staff, and checked cameras and no one saw anything, and that my kid told her a different version of the story saying that he only touched her arm. There's no reason for my kid to lie. We asked her severally and her story is very consistent. I'm about to go full Saiyan on them. Not sure how to handle this. Advise please! What would you do?

I knocked on a door today and the guy opened it, looked at me, looked at my badge… and just went “go on then, make it quick”... I stepped in thinking alright, this could go either way.. 15 minutes later we were talking about his WiFi, his neighbour’s WiFi, his dog, and somehow his life story. At the end he goes “I am not switching by the way, just enjoyed the chat” I just stood there like… fair enough 😂... end of week energy is real... what is the most random conversation you have had?

What do you do if you get more than one offer at once? What is a fair amount of time you can take to consider which one you take? I'm putting the cart before the horse a little but I want to be prepared just in case because I have 3 jobs that have had very good interviews/conversations with management. Here's the situation: -all pay about the same & have very similar benefits -all would require relocation (to areas I love with similar COL) -all have company cultures I love

Hi there! I need some advice. So, the story is I got two job offers and they are both the same field of work. The first job offer still haven’t sent me the paperwork yet. It’s already been a week and I have called them about it and they says” they have to contact their boss about it” even know they are the boss. So I’m confused about that part. The another job is a little driven to get there until I move into my new place. So what should I do?

I once found my shift manager crouched by the stockroom, trying to unjam the door with a butter knife he stole from the breakfast station. I showed up with real tools, and he froze like I’d caught him breaking into his own store. We laughed so loud guests wandered over. That ridiculous moment pulled me closer to the team and, somehow, became the story he quoted when recommending me for my next step up.

One HR manager's game-changing cover letter strategy: Tired of repetitive cover letters, he was struck by one that told human stories of tough situations and ended with humor. The candidate skipped the resume recap entirely. Prioritize relatable storytelling to stand out. https://www.businessinsider.com/cant-retire-no-jobs-older-americans-work-money-struggles-2025-3

What’s your worst being ghosted story? I spent three weeks and six interviews trying to land a job I was perfect for. I even aced the cultural interview. The hiring manager kept talking to me like it was a done deal. I was so excited, and I kept my hopes up for weeks. But I was a fool, because it’s been almost a month and I still can’t get anyone to respond to my emails.
