Anybody else see all the lame LinkedIn “Look at me, I’m in Cannes!l” posts thinking that it feels a lot like the orchestra continuing to play on the deck of the Titanic as it slowly sank? The ad industry, especially the HoCo world is in turmoil with massive layoffs, unprecedented job uncertainty and a very questionable future, yet all these “executives” jet off the France to drink wine, party, take turns watching each other sit on lame panels and pass out meaningless awards. Pretty fascinating.

I know that there are historical cities near Madrid - Toledo and Segovia. I would like to visit one of them, but I don't know which one to choose (it seems like Toledo looks cooler, but Segovia has more interesting things to do). I would be grateful for your opinion on which one is best and what you recommend to do there🙏

Taking an important client out for dinner, and it was very last-minute, so I'm a little flustered and don't know where to take him. He mentioned that he loves Italian, and I, on the other hand, never get Italian food, so I wouldn't know what the best Italian spots here are. Could I please get suggestions for the best spots I can take him to downtown? Clearly haven't made reservations so please don't suggest ones that need a week or month minimum of advance notice! Does anyone know the Aon ARL3 and ARL4 salary bands? Currently interviewing for a Director role and the recruiter says the role has moved from a 3 to a 4, but it doesnt affect the salary. I would obviously prefer to be at the bottom end of the higher band, than top of the lower Aon

I moved from med-surg to the OR recently, and the culture is just toxic. The verbal abuse from the surgeons and anesthesia team is making me miserable. I've only been in OR for 3 months, but already looking for the exit. How do you feel about your unit? Would you recommend it?
