Firm A is lower ranked on AM/Vault, but will be working with Chambers Band One partner and has stated that their platform is experiencing a lot of growth. The firm is more entrepreneurial and path to partner is more realistic. Several partners are alumni. Firm B is higher ranked and has a more stable practice. There appears to be a one to one ratio of partner to associate there. All male team. Path to partner or counsel is a bit harder than Firm A but not impossible. Thoughts?

For Deloitte people, I have Anthem PPO and tried calling Optum to enroll in Bright Beginnings their fertility support program. They said they don’t handle enrollments and redirected me to Anthem. Anthem said they don’t handle enrollments and first directed me back to Optum and then told me to talk to Deloitte benefits. Deloitte benefits gave me the same Optum number to call. HOW can I enroll? Hoping to start my IVF journey soon and need to enroll to get insurance benefits.

I had a MMC last December. TTC since and nothing...... both my tests and my husband's tests came back normal. I recently had an HSG done, and that came back normal. Doctor recommended me to come in and get on Clomid next. Has anyone had positive results from it, or should I ask for something else? I was looking at other fertility meds and not sure if one is better than the other.

I want to rotate between clinical and research tracks (e.g. clinician‑investigator) but I am worried how my interests look to recruiters. How will recruiters assess my hybrid aspiration? Are they supportive or skeptical? Which elements do they look for to ensure balance is realistic? I would love to work on those elements to succeed in my career.

For those of you who have done true ABM, how do you manage to get the numbers people who want to do lead scoring tie directly to ABM, as in Tier 1 gets 1:1, to understand that there is an art and it is not just a science? I fought this battle the last couple weeks before I felt like being a parent and saying, “because I said so.”

Any thoughts on this CHRO program from Wharton? I'm tempted to apply before the 30th just because of the fee benefit, but my main reason to do so is that I feel like I need something like this to progress. Do you think the same, or were you able to work your way up the career ladder without further education?
