Saw this clip and immediately thought about it from a marketing lense if it was smart or a miss by in-and-out burger. TLDW; guests became too disruptive over the order number 6-7 following TikTok trends. The burger joint removed the number from their order system because teens were swarming the order counter with phones when the number was going to be announced. What do you think? Was this smart to remove due to safety concerns? My marketing brain thought what a miss to capitalize bigger. https://x.com/i/status/1998727879438512169

My ex from 7 years ago reached out for the first time since then. Inquiring on where things went wrong and the impact it had on me. It was bad enough that I never want to get back with her, and I should have told her to kick rocks. In fact, had it been anyone else, I would have told them just that. But I just couldn't. Not with her. Does anyone have this issue as well? Where that one person that, no matter what, if they hit you up, you'll pick up a convo with if they reach out? Kicking myself rn

Sadly, I think it is possible to get blacklisted from a job that you worked so hard to climb up the ladder because of issues after your mother, sister and now father has passed. Also due to circumstances outside of work you cannot work in any sort of toxic environment. I am going from 70k a year jobs to looking at 16.00 an hour jobs not in what I do. What happened to understanding that people slip and hit rock bottom. Why do people listen to toxic bosses who talk like they are in high school?

The MLS listing for a house we purchased last summer "accidentally" overstated SF by including the unfinished basement which nearly doubled the SF. I noticed that Zillow is showing the incorrect SF and even as owner I am unable to modify, "to bring you the most up to date housing information... for some off market homes, including yours, editing home facts is not currently available." It is correct in some other similar sites (and on the county site) but am I wrong to be bothered by this?

Working under Omnicom right now and my God, has it taken a turn for the worst. Everybody I respected has fled for the hills to M&A, Imre, and 21GRAMS. I desperately want to get out and have gotten courted by the agencies I mentioned, all for higher pay and a better title. There is no perfect agency…but are there any lesser evils? Stick with the devil I know or the devil I don’t? Lol are there any devils that allow me to actually end my day at 5PM?

      Ask A Recruiter - Advertising

How do you deal with being lowballed in the last minute? In the first several rounds of interviewing, I was told there was no problem with the salary range I asked for but ever since the 4th round, they've been pushing back and asking me to settle for a considerably lower range. I need the job, but this just doesn't seem right. Has this happened to you before? I want to know if I'm being taken advantage of or if this is just the culture when hiring.

What are some signs you can look for when being reached out to by a recruiter to make sure it’s a legit position? I was recently sent an email from a recruiter about a job that is the perfect fit for me. However, I became hesitant when I noticed the description matched my experience too closely and there was one line that was almost directly taken from my LinkedIn. I almost want to keep responding in case it is real though. What should I look for?

I was wondering what you would consider the worst part of your day. For me, it's that rush right before we want to go to lunch. And then if you stay late going to lunch, you don't get as much time because you have to open up on time. On other days, it's knowing that my boss, who is off-site, will be there that day. What is the worst part of your day? And what have been your experiences getting past those?

      Salaries In Sales

      Territory Sales Manager

I have been getting into regional sales for the last 5 years but have been told I am severely underpaid at 70k a year. I never got any formal education but I am bilingual and have a proven track record of territory expansion. Fixing damaged relationships and building strong growing relations and purchases. What should a person in my field with my background be at around?

      Salaries in Entertainment

      Marketing Lead

At the begining of the year my manager told me I was a top performer and hinted a raise was coming. Numbers are out, my bump is 2%. Thats less than inflation right? And cherry on top, the exec team gave themselves a mid-year adjustment. They had the money, and they spent it on themselves. Is there any way to confront leadership without putting a target on my back?
