For a few years, I've led a team of 6 engineers and scientists in a startup, delivering critical series B milestones. This was a big step up compared to my previous big Pharma jobs, in the previous 4 years of my experience. I am finding that this isn't translating as I try to move back in to Pharma. My responsibilities are that of the Senior Principal/Group Leader level, and yet I don't seem to be able to get through the paper sift. Does startup experience appear inflated/lacking depth?

I am 20 and have 4 years customer service and I am about to finish an associates degree in Medical Administrative Management as well as a certification in Medical Billing. What kind of job opportunities am I open to? (I do not have any AAPC etc certifications) (I have college experience with quickbooks and some Microsoft certifications) (I am also open to jobs outside of medical billing!) (Is a + if : remote, well paying, good company)(doesn’t have to be particularly specific either.) Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from professionals in Healthcare tec.. I have 7 years of experience as a medical secretary. In 2022, I left my role to pursue a BS in Health Science with plans for nursing, but later completed an MS in Computer Science (finished in February). Since graduating, I’ve been struggling to break into Healthcare IT. I’d appreciate guidance on useful certifications, resume positioning, or hearing from others who’ve made a similar transition. So I'm back on the employed line after about 2 months or so of work as a medical assembler. It was a pivot from the retail industry. It felt good to go into a different direction. Being low on the totem pole I was first to be let go. So now for the last 2 weeks I have been job hunting. My staffing agency hooked me up with testing for Medical comp job but that's a maybe job there. I have been applying for medical assembly jobs and have a phone interview today. I hope I make it through it.
