I recently got promoted so from porter to consulting and was moved from one office to another and I have been there going on 2 months in that job position and I have been trained very little. I feel like there is more I should be learning and when I talked to my past manager and she said there is more to learn than what I have been taught so far with my current manager and my day consists of sitting at my computer doing nothing. My new manager says its slow but she could at least teach me more.

My husband and I were recently laid off, and he’s trying to figure out his next step. He has years of hands on experience in residential renovation and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, framing, and general repairs.
