      so I get an offer from a company. I got a strt date. 8/25/25 , The offer letter and what I would be at per hr . I filled out all the forms they had and did a drug screen pass and a bkgrd check pass but they can’t verify my current job or my last one which is odd. So I sent them what they asked and even gave them my Store mgr # because they went out of business. I tried both by phone & email. I was told I can move start date I wanted to give my current comp 2 wks notice. No reply from anyone.

      Why does a company named Tilt who "manage leave" need to exist? And why are they asking for protected health information, when they do not approve FMLA? Why are they sharing that information, as well as private conversation details with employers? I feel like my privacy has been violated, and HIPPA laws are being broken. This is causing great stress that I really don't need after receiving 2 life changing medical diagnoses in three weeks. They claim they 'manage my healthcare". NOPE.

      Beware of unsolicited job offers. I was sent a text to do an interview on Signal (1st red flag) did a interview of a person that said they were part of GmbH that was very short and strange (2nd red flag) I was told I got the job then got the offer letter this morning from (@spacestructuress.com instead of @spacestructures.de) and sent it to the actual company with all the details and documentation and was told it was all a scam and be careful. Just a PSA folks.

      Ready 4 this? I applied for a job on Indeed and received follow-up questions, then a detailed questionnaire. After completing it, I got a new message—this time by email—asking me to fill it out again, followed by an instant “offer”. It turned out to be a scam. I confirmed with the real employee, who said they were still reviewing resumes and that only his email was legitimate. The company is aware and working with security

      Sharing a scam job offer I received from United Separation Technologies. Quick interview, no option to ask questions - job offer right away. They sent thru offer letter with comp and benefits asking me to sign in 24 hours. I knew this was a scam. Be careful and if you think it's a scam report it. Don't want anyone else to fall for this. It's the 2nd one I've received while job searching.

      One of my friends joined a company without receiving an official offer or appointment letter. HR said, “We’ll send it later”. Later never came. When salary issues and roll changes started, there was no written proof of what was promised. No documentation. No protection. Lesson learned: If it’s not in writing, it doesn’t exist. Thoughts? Have you or anyone you know experienced this?
