Lost my job yesterday, and for some reason, the hardest part seems like it's telling my teen boys that I did. Capital One - Had my call with HM first (30 min call) and then the 5 Power Day interviews (on the following day). Just heard back from the recruiter that I have cleared the interviews. He said he is checking on the role for me. I thought the Power Day interviews are the last step before getting the actual job offer. Is there any other step I am missing here? Please guide me.
