My wife works fo a DME company has for 3 years. It was bought out a year and a half ago and talk about a hostle take over 60% of employees have left and most managers have been let go. It is hostile work environment that you can't even fathom but she has gone to HR once already and has been feeling the target on her back for sometime now. Add that to people who are calling and asking for services that there simply is not enough people to complete and the patients keep calling what to do.

Anyone work for United Health Group/Optum Insight? There is a position open and after being laid off from my job in October Im wondering if this would land me back in the same spot. The strangest “VIP” request I ever got was from a regular who insisted their table always be set with a specific brand of hot sauce... like, we had to keep bottles hidden just for them. They’d also demand the same server, same booth, every visit. I get catering to regulars, but this felt extreme. It became this weird ritual the whole team had to participate in.
