How do you feel about Strat visualizing our thought-starters using Ai videos in the Creative Brief? I’ve been experimenting with turning my early read on a client-briefs into quick mock visuals using Kling (and soon, Sora2) and leadership loves it. said we need to keep getting rough ideas to client sooner. Like, one of my clips was carried through as the concept shown to clients and they chose it, so Creatives must’ve liked it and sent it up. Is this overstepping?

Presenting the mobile version of a personal project I carried out to develop my skills in Web Development. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDtDB3f-Uvs Responsiveness to all screen types is a huge priority in Web Development. I am currently open to new opportunities! If you're a recruiter or know of any roles that might be a good fit, I'd love to connect. What do you think of the projects? Any feedback is welcome! #WebDevelopment #OpenToWork #Frontend #DevOps #AWS #JavaScript #HTML #CSS #PHP #Portfolio

I have an interview for a job that I had been looking forward to for a while. They want me to produce a writing sample which I thought no biggie, I ask what they are looking forward and they tell me a brief 4-8 page writing sample that reflects my legal drafting abilities like a redacted answer, except of a motion, etc. I’ve never done those as I’ve done admin law. I can provide what I do now (notices of violations, settlement agreements, etc) or should I do a mockup. If so, where do I begin?

I am a burned out creative and I think im at the point where im ready to leave my industry entirely. I dont believe in the work, I cannot get myself to care about lining up the pixels perfectly so X company can sell more X product. In the creative industry we constantly emphasize the idea that design isn’t art and designers aren’t meant to be artists and I think after 15 years of doing it I finally just want to be an artist, and say f u to clients and creative directors. I am so tired.

Hello Everyone, I am a military vet with a passion for creativity, especially in creating graphics and housing decor. My career background has been in insurance and customer service for technology, but my true passion lies in advertising and graphics. As a college student seeking work-life balance, I am looking to transition into digital marketing for beauty or technology devices. I would appreciate any advice or tips on how to break into this field and leverage my creative skill.

So I started this temp job a month ago (strictly a contractor). The AD is extremely needed and wants me to come into the office. When I'm there, He feels the need to be looking over my shoulder 90% of the time and pixel pushes every time I click my mouse. He calls and texts when I'm off the clock and, for some reason, refuses to write out feedback. At this point, I'm ready to jump ship. Any advice on how to handle this situation?

Creatives, If I work on site will I get to talk to my colleagues face to face? Or will all my comms be Slack channels and threads and emojis? I actually feel sorry for people who never had a chance to do it the old way. This is bad for the work, and also my brain. Also, check yourself: when you speak to a colleague IRL your tone of voice matters. Especially jf your camera is off. Chill.
