I received a job offer for a job last week & accepted it. I also suffer from PCOS & irregular cycles, & was prescribed Provara to help induce a period, which started laat Tues/Wed for me. I received an email from the job asking me to do the drug test this week, but can it be done if Im still on my cycle?? Im kind of worried that it's oing to negatively affect my test. I already told the HR rep that I could do it later this week b/c my period is normally no longer than 6 days but (CONTD)

How do you get through each TWW? I’m 6 months in and looking for advice or support or idk. I’m 39 this year. My periods are regular, I track my ovulation which is also regular, we try every other day during the window and just negatives month after month…. When we got pregnant the first time 3 years ago (first a miscarriage and then our now 2 year old) it happened the first month both times. I was /am so grateful we were lucky the first time around and now I’m scared. And each TWW is killing me.

Hi everyone — I’m a product designer currently working on a fertility app focused on ovulation testing and cycle tracking. If you’ve been trying to conceive (or preparing for it), I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. What was confusing, frustrating, or emotionally difficult? Were there moments where existing apps or tests didn’t give you the clarity or support you needed? I’m especially interested in gaps around ovulation tests, hormone tracking, cycle predictions, or partner

Alright I need some outside perspective. Started a sales job in the fall with a OTE of 75k. The job itself has phases. Phase 1 - no commission, you boom for other reps on cold calls and whe 25 show up you graduate to phase 2. Phase 2 you boom for yourself , learn a lengthy sales cycles and expect to start. Between myself and those started around same time as me were all trending at 45-55 OTE. The job also has high turnover and always hiring new reps. I’m at 0 sales. Have I wasted my time or fail

Got my IUI done for the first time combined with letrozole and got pregnancy test negative. The fertility center wants to do another round of IUI the following month itself and says it takes multiple attempts for IUI to succeed. They didn’t take X-ray HCG and only did blood profiling. Is this true we can get pregnant after multiple cycles or is it just business for them? Or should I bring lifestyle changes and then try to get pregnant. I’m 32 and my husband is of the same age.

I have not had my cycle since October 2025 & am starting to worry. I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago at the gynecologist, was told to "lower my BMI" or "take birth control" by the nurse who diagnosed me, & was told I had high levels of testosterone. I took Provara like she told me to &it didn't regulate ANYTHING. I hated the fact that the nurse dismissed the fact that I was working in super toxic work environments & was very stressed. (CONTD)

Quite stressed about this :( I have never missed a period, but this month is already 4/5 days late. I have the usual breast pain of the 2/3 days before my period but no period. I took 2 pregnancy test and they are negative, so I'm more relieved now. The only thing I did differently this month was taking PMS gummies with Ashwaganda & Dong Quai, I heard the latter can impact the cycle... but I don't know, feels so strange. Has anyone taken this supplement before?

Has anyone dealt with a canceled or extended cycle? Today would be day 7 of stims, my leading follicle is a lot farther along than where it’s been relative to past cycles. My RE is talking about either canceling or pausing stims to let that follicle ovulate and then continuing stimming so the other follicles continue growing. This is my 5th time doing IVF but first time with a lower/slower response.

I am an SMB AE who sells to new accounts but also manages a book of renewal business. I am a full cycle sales rep including post sale set up etc. I’d say I have 65% Renewal va 35% new business. My hourly rate is $17.50, so I rely heavily on commission. Last year, my total revenue was $1.5mm, and i made $108k gross, all in. Does this seem like a fair pay for the scope of work I do being a full cycle SMB AE?

Hey yall I’m in my mid 20’s and I’m not married (I don’t even have a bf lol). To be honest I don’t see myself having kids in the future but I’ve thought about freezing my eggs just in case I change my mind. I do have some health issues / previously vaped and don’t have the most habitable body for a child. Does pathway to parenthood cover that even if I’m single?
