      IT Project Manager Scrum Master
      6mo

Scrum Master with IT PM experience and Product Owner experience: what should I do next? The Scrum Master field seems to be oversaturated - I have been told everywhere I go that I'm a GREAT SM and have gotten accolades, but no bites on a job that pays worthwhile. I want more skills or maybe a shift to a new position, but with so many directions to go in, I'm freezing up staring down the barrel of "tutorial loops"! Any wise folks out there willing to share opinions or advice?

I recently concluded a contract where I partnered with a team that initially questioned the need for a Scrum Master. I was able to shift both outcomes and perception, so much so that the organization has now created a full-time role to sustain the impact. I’m currently exploring my next opportunity as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead. I have 6 years experience in the field. If you’re aware of opportunities or can make an introduction, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Hi Everyone! I'm exploring new opportunities in QA Automation and would love to connect with teams looking for someone with hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, API Testing, and SQL. I've worked on building automated test suites, improving test coverage, and supporting Agile development teams. I'm currently looking for remote or hybrid QA Automation role. If you know of any openings or teams hiring, I'd happy to connect. Thank you!

I'm looking to go back to school as I never finisged a 4-year degree (I got lucky with my work experience); are there any schools out there with software QA-oriented degrees available online? My local one had a Minor program in Systems Testing but they're cutting it, apparently. I apologize if this isn't the bowl for this, but it seemed like the most relevant one!

Successfully deployed my solo project, iPluma. This web application supports paperless workflows and uses digital certificates to sign PDF documents issued by a Certificate Authority (CA). Users can upload, sign, share, and manage PDF documents. The app also includes a signature workflow that supports parallel, sequential, and mixed signing.

Why is OCM one of the first areas to get challenged by clients in a technology implementation? Client don’t see the value? they think their HR team can do it? or assemble a skeleton crew of internal people that have some cycles to burn, the point is, it feels that OCM is one of the first areas to get on the chopping block to cut hours…
