Can you rationalize working for/under a manager or stakeholder who expressed unquestionably poor logic, on most things that may come up in conversation? I don't mean their conclusion is wrong, but rather, their reasoning for said conclusion is appallingly flawed. I've observed this on a few occasions recently with my current employer & I feel like it's only a matter of time before similarly malformed logic gets applied to an employee & their performance.
