AI interviewing seems like a completely unserious way to go about recruiting. I guess it would make sense if you are being cast in a reality show, but it seems like yet another waste of my time. They already have my tailored resume. What is the value in even participating with a company that does "AI interviews"? It seems like a red flag that they are so lazy in their recruiting. Will I be onboarded by AI too? Will AI be writing performance evaluations at this firm too?

Got laid off but knew it was coming. Was working for this company for years, even during college. Last thing I was told to do was to train an Ai bot by feeding it my graphics and some new ones I created for upcoming campaigns. After it was able to automate the process, they let me go. I have been applying for a couple weeks now and have had a couple interviews but nothing came from them. Starting to feel discourage and considering changing careers. Any recommendations? or advice? What do you do when approached entirely by AI? I have been getting unashamed AI reaching out saying it saw my resume and - literally - asks me to call their AI recruiter for further discussion! I will never participate in such a thing. AI is a fun toy, but it is nowhere near ready to be making decisions on it's own that effect people's lives. I have begun replying to those emails with profanity laden rants, warning them that no Top Talent will ever fall for that s**t,

Someone reached out about offering AI training model work, that’s flexible schedule and decent pay. Of course I had my hesitations but some of my creative friends say to take it, since it’s going to happen anyway or just don’t put my heart and soul into it. There are so many AI training programs being advertised lately. AI for digital marketing, AI for content creation, AI for business. It feels like everyone is launching a course. Has anyone here actually done one of these programs? Was it worth it? If you’ve taken an AI course especially related to digital marketing , which one did you do and would you recommend it?

I have my first AI interview coming up and I’m not going to lie, I’m a little nervous. No recruiter, just my video and a timer counting down.
