I received my AHPRA registration in January and have been actively applying for RN roles over the past 4 months, but I haven’t secured any interviews so far. It’s been quite frustrating and honestly a bit disheartening, especially after working hard to reach this point. I’m starting to wonder if there’s something I could improve in my applications or approach. I’d really appreciate any advice from those who have been in a similar situation or from recruiters on how to better stand out.

I finally landed a job in Berlin after six months of searching, but the Anmeldung (address registration) process is a total nightmare. I’ve been refreshing the booking page every ten minutes for three days just to get an appointment. It feels like I’ve passed the boss level by getting the visa, only to get stuck on a side quest. Has anyone else dealt with this specific brand of German bureaucracy? How did you actually find an appointment without losing your mind?

Does Capital One accept Day 1 CPT candidates? Capital One Interviewing for a Senior BA role at Capital One. Just got the immigration questionnaire and I'm on Day 1 CPT. The JD says the role is eligible for sponsorship. Has anyone been hired at Cap One on Day 1 CPT? Or know if they work with it? Trying to figure out if this is a dealbreaker before I invest more time. Any tips on how to navigate this with the recruiter would be helpful too. Thanks!

Previously held FINRA Series 7, 66, and 65 licenses; Spent most of my career in wealth management. Very regrettably joined a nonprofit in Jan 2024, and was laid off 9 mos later. Broker check shows as previously but not currently licensed. I want to apply to licensed roles and have noted on my resume that they are subject to re-registration by Jan 2026. Any advice on better way to handle? Thanks!

I know everyone hates Omnicom rn. But curious because I see a position I like there: do they need you to be in a specific office for a listed position? I.e.
