I own places in MD and PA. I shuttle between them mostly weekly. I trade my stocks during weekday in PA and during summer and winter break I am in MD and trade from there. Will I owe taxes to MD and PA both if I meet tax resident status in both. How do I determine which state I need to pay long term short term capital gains. I think last year hr and block messed up calculations and have me paid taxes both states. It's my assumption though. Before I speak with another CPA wanted to check.

The Human Resources representative told me she doesn’t see resumes like mine very often. We are discussing pay and benefits today, before my interview. I know they will offer me less than I want. I’m hoping they at least offer in the 75-90th percentile range of their pay scale. Any suggestions on negotiating?

There is a RN that works in my department and she thinks that she manages me and others but she does not. I manage two departments across the main hospital and more than 6 ancillary sites. There was a safety event placed on one of my staff members stating he used the same saline syringe on a patient. I always send the SE to tech to obtain their side of the story instead of jumping to conclusions (due process). The Rn accused me of not doing my job in front of my peers. I emailed HR. Am I right?

Hello, I am a recent graduate from New England Tractor Trailer Training in Pawtucket, RI. I have my Class A license and i’ve been applying to local delivery jobs in and around RI. It seems like most employers are looking for drivers with experience. Does anyone know of a job opening, or companies in Rhode Island or Mass that hires recent graduates? Hello, I graduated from New England Tractor Trailer Training in Pawtucket, RI January 9th. I took the RI CDL skills/air brake & road test prior to my graduation date and passed. I have my CDL Class A license and was looking for some advise re where I could find a local delivery job in RI. Everything I’m finding is looking for experience. I’ve tried La Roche Posay Anthelios Kids Gentle Lotion SPF 50 and then switched to Innisfree.. but my son is allergic to both and develops rashes on his face. It’s getting expensive to keep experimenting with multiple sunscreens just for patch testing. Mineral sunscreens unfortunately don’t work well for us either. they leave a white cast on brown skin. Any suggestions for a gentle, non irritating sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast?

I’m currently being oriented by a clinician who has nurses eat their young tattooed on her soul. She talks over me to patients and sighs whenever I ask a clarifying question about the EMR. I don't want to be the sensitive new hire who runs to HR, but I’m also not learning anything in this environment. Do I confront her directly, or just put my head down and deal?
