Someone needs to look at EVS management team. Those are some very unprofessional people, they talk to you like anything, no respect, you can be the same age as them, talk to people using racial slurs (Kevin)so not in his subordination as the director. He’s very aware that a lot of his employees are having sex with one another under the job guidelines totally not adhering to them. He has nothing to say about that. He’s breaking so many of the laws in the handbook, to be evaluated immediately.

A recent hire from a well known “Creative’s Toolbox” firm was on a PIP in his previous job and somehow thought it was a path to promotion. Joins ServiceNow, whines nonstop, trashes his own team to his manager, and still believes he’s being “groomed for growth.” You can’t teach this level of delusion. HR should just rename it: PIP = Promotion In Progress. I’m convinced ServiceNow is a social experiment. Surrounded by delusional ones. Officially depressed.

My company is being so shady, they are trying to instill it into me EVERY DAY that the management doesn't have to give any direct sentences, can be super misleading or leading people how they don't want to be lead, or actually too involved and on personal levels but that if anyone speaks out against them they'll simply talk down to them like bullies. I thought it was 2025, not PTSD era for cowards to not do the right thing?

I'm very lucky that I've only run into 2 people on the community boards that are bullies. But I get the sense that they don't know. It reminds me of the bullies at work who feel so victimized all the time by honest people. They could convince God himself that they are are victims. Why does this happen and why do they do it in public and think they'll get so much support (hint: sometimes they do!).

What’s your Monday ritual to get through the madness? Every Monday, I spend 30 minutes cleaning up chaos I didn’t create. Broken Zoom links, outdated decks, login issues, meeting conflicts... before I even get to my actual work, I’m stage-managing the entire show. It’s like everyone else walks on set and expects the lighting to work, the coffee to be hot, and the script to be ready.

I worked for a company Red's and Greens Butchery that company work ethics put the slave in slavery. The work environment was very toxic with pay deductions like no man's business, physical and emotional abuse from the bottom of the food chain to the top (Hr ,the bosses) if you find yourself in this company and their name or it's mentioned in an ad I strongly suggest you run.

      Team Lead

I just found out that people on my team are harassing each other about getting their work done, when it is a workload that is shared by the team. On the one hand I want the work to be distributed fairly, but on the other I want to be clear that bullying each other about this is not acceptable either. Any recommendations on how to approach this?
