So lately I have been getting robo calls for jobs, while I'm not currently in the market for a job. I will entertain the idea if the pay is a substantial increase and or the benefits are better. What I find off putting from some of these companies and recruitment places is the fact that they have started to use Ai. To me this is very disappointing and I will not even participate in the call. Think companies should rethink how they try and recruit.

Have worked on software dev stuff for over 5 years. I don't know why it feels addictive such that even when you do something different, you just feel like opening up an IDE and doing some projects. Recently, I lost my mum and moved in the countryside to help look after dad, enjoying the farm work, but I always feel that need do tech stuff on the side but it's hard to get fully flexible remote gigs, projects based.
