28 y/o. I’m moving jobs at the end of the year. I have ~140k in my 401k, and am trying to determine whether to roll it over to my new employees 401k
Assuming the new plan has decent options (e.g, low cost S&P 500), should I just roll it over? Am I correct in that if I rolled it into an IRA, I would no longer be able to do a backdoor Roth conversion (been doing backdoors for a couple of years now, and have no money in traditional)? It seems that leaving the backdoor option open would be best
