From ETH Denver SEC Chair Paul Atkins: “...issuers that want to tokenize their securities could work with a transfer agent or other tokenization agency to tokenize their securities so that they can be traded onchain in AMMs or other trading systems, environments or platforms that offer decentralized liquidity.” This means they're trying to make it so you can trade stocks, bonds, commodities, etc on defi using self hosted wallets, automated market makers, etc and the SEC chair supports this

      Shop Foreman

Looking for some career advice. I’ve been a technician for 23+ years. Have been a shop foreman at 2 different dealers, I have attended service management training classes, paid for myself not by the dealer I’m employed at, at a well known institute but cannot seem to make the transition to a service management position. I applied for an open management position with my current group, they ultimately decided to hire someone’s friend from an independent with no dealership experience. What now?

My wife and I are looking to take advantage of my SW Companion Pass next month. We want to go somewhere neither have of us have gone to, ideally with a good beach and good weather. We were hoping for the Caribbean’s but being located in Southern California and tied to SW this trip we couldn’t find many good flight options. So right now we’re settled with Punta Mita. Anyone have any hotel/area/activity recommendations or even another destination? Just trying to see our options.

Does anyone know what it's like to work for Centurion transport in Richlands as an Account Mgr? Do they allow you to be autonomous and work from home plus work life balance. Do they have good customer support systems and commercial team members to assist with reporting. Do they have a great transport booking platform and tracking? What are drivers like? Ate the team inclusive team oriented people. Are managers supportive and no egos.

Anyone work as a Customs Trade Specialist or Coordinator for Fedex? I've been waiting since April for the role. The Olivia chatbox keeps saying my applications are process. I applied for two roles that are both remote. I especially want to do the Customs Trade role. I have two degrees and the pay doesn't bother me. What can I do? I have tons of support experience and two degrees. I'd really like to do this role. Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone, I moved to the U.S. from Europe 2.5 years ago. I have a Master's in HR and 5 years of HR experience. My only U.S. experience is a 6–8 month Tosca automation project, and I completed Tosca certifications for that role. I'm now applying for Tosca and admin/HR positions but with no luck. I’m thinking about doing a Master’s here in the U.S., but I’m not sure if it would help. What would you suggest as the best next step?

Tradehome has taken me from an assistant manager at a pizza place in Omaha, to assistant manager within tradehome in Omaha. Then from an assistant in Omaha to a general manager in Sioux City Iowa. Now my next adventure is opening a brand new store in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Tradehome is rapidly growing. It’s a great company to work for if you value career growth. All it takes is a hard work ethic.

Risk Management Tools and Trader Protection Risk management tools such as stop-loss orders, margin alerts, and negative balance protection are essential for capital safety. Brokers that limit or disable these tools often expose traders to unnecessary risk. Balanced trading depends on broker systems that support protection, not exploitation. How do you guys structure your brokerage accounts? Just the admin piece of it - not stock selections. I’m thinking about putting my yearly savings (~$200k) into a new brokerage account every year. This way I can easily see how much growth each year has and what will hit ST vs LT capital gains tax etc. All would be passive investing. Is that a good approach?

Anyone here want to go to the golf sim with me sometime? I recently got a membership to Five Iron and guests are free. Normally go to the one by Rockefeller center but would be open to going to others. Don’t have too many friends that golf and its sometimes lonely grinding practice so if anyone wants to play a course, lmk!
