I’m considering a role in the Publicis Health network and wanted to know what we think of their benefits package? We know omnicom/IPG is not competitive and Havas just followed suit with changing their PTO policy. The networks seem to be slowly stripping away the joys and perks of this industry, but independent agencies don’t seem to be hiring much.

It is definitely a tough market out there especially for tech sales. I’m coming from an AE role and I barely landed a job as an SDR after applying for almost a year and I was 1 out of 5 top applicants that passed the final round. I get to watch a lot of the work that our SDRs and BDRs have to do, and I truly prefer the work of a BDR. I know the traditional path to BDR involves spending a few years as an SDR but has anyone here been able to skip past the SDR position and go straight to BDR? How were you able to?

I got this data point in an email from Canva saying 87% of consumers want ads to have a human touch. I selfishly love this for my career, but I agree as a consumer as well. What are your thoughts? Are you in the 87% or 13%?
