Hi! I was given feedback from a recruiter on why i was not considered for an interview, which I really appreciate in 2025 being able to get feedback. I was told I did not have enough Salesforce IT experience. I dohave plenty of SF Admin experience. The job I applied for was a non-dev analyst position working with the sales team and using Salesforce as a core integration. Trailhead has many Salesforce certs. Which ones can I pursue for Salesforce IT exposure, also what is Salesforce IT? LOL

I am a Help desk administrator I am good with password, can install software can troubleshoot hardware and Software. I can fix and install Drivers and BIOS. Good with printers and Company Portal. And install DiD for Reams and know Adobe and .PDF snd networking. Activd Directory, Azure, and Exchandge. Can install Security Groups. And know how to program in Power Shell.
