I talk to a recruiter and they told me they use AI to filter out candidates so be careful of doing that. All this talk about AI increasing opportunities is a scam. As a recent CS graduate and freelance AI Engineer, I specialize in building intelligent systems using Python, LLMs, and automation tools. I think using AI in Job Hunting is like a eating a mushy Holiday sandwich. You have all the perks of using AI as the moist turkey, and your achievements are all the stuffing, but these multiple layers of AI use in Resumé building and ATS screening creates a mush between cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. You can still eat that sandwich but you have to get through the messy bits.
