I didn’t fully understand pro rata rule, and I rolled over my ex employers 401k into robinhood ira to get 2% bonus and also contributed after tax amounts into Ira. Now I have both pre tax and after tax dollars in Ira, so I can’t cleanly do backdoor Roth. Has anyone had this issue before and resolved this? My hypothesis now is to roll pre tax amount to TSP, lose the 2% bonus from robinhood, and roll over the remaining after tax amounts into Roth. I know it’s a mess… appreciate any input

Anyone familiar with, works for and/or worked for previously the company named, "Kooth"? I was applying for an open role for Director, Compliance & Privacy and was required to provide my full Social Security number in order to submit my application. I don't know about anyone else, but I will not be submitting my full SSN in an online app. It took 15 minutes to get to that part and I decided that I will not be applying for this role. They don't give you No time for documentation or sufficient time for intakes. You will be doing documentation at least 1.5 to 2.0 hours on your own time per day to keep up.. They call themselves a Christian nonprofit well maybe in name only. Christians would take care of their employees.

Athena strand trial is so heart breaking. I can’t get over it and have cried a few times.
