HELPP ‼️ I've been trying to break into biotech/pharma for 10 months now, 600+ applications, talent communities, recruiter emails and only landed 1 interview back in June. I'm aiming for any remote admin role to get my foot in the door, then hopefully move into PV, RA, project, or clinical admin ( if I get into these roles first, great!) . At this point, I feel like the only way forward is getting referred by an employee or a recruiter. Is anyone kind enough to help me... it's draining UK BASED📍

Hey all, I'm curious if $68,400 (no benefits) is decent for an entry-level PLC Controls Engineer in Holland, MI. I'm a W-2 employee for a staffing company, working with a firm that is establishing a US presence. I share a housing arrangement (4 people in a 2-bedroom) and have a rental car (although I use my vehicle). My first three months are a "determination period" for a housing stipend, pay raise, or better housing, with potential delays. There is no other concrete benefit info yet.

Wanting to get out of sales and move on to service. I currently do both in my office. I've been in the insurance industry only a year. I got my L/H last summer and my P/C in February. I started working towards my CISR designation this week and am really hoping to make a big move within the next year, career-wise. Wondering if anyone has any advice on getting into service and account management, and any companies that might be more accommodating and accepting of someone who is still entry-level.

I am currently in final stages of an offer from ADP for a role of Director of Product Development for their Vista product. Is it worth it to move from Zoho to ADP for such a role ? How are the growth prospects for ADP in Chennai ? Is there any development activity happening around this ? How are year on year hikes and appraisals ?
