Curious what other fractional COOs are charging in 2025? Are you typically billing hourly, monthly retainer, or by project? I’ve seen a pretty wide range — anywhere from $100/hr to $400/hr. I’m especially interested in how pricing shifts based on hours worked per month. For example: • 🔹 5–10 hours/month • 🔹 10–50 hours/month • 🔹 50–100 hours/month Also, what would you recommend charging in a rural or small-market area,? Would love to hear how others are structuring their billing?

Recs for personal or biz? $27k spend by Nov Have Cap 1 Venture X, Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Ink Biz, & AMEX Blue Biz Plus as my points cards. Had AMEX biz & personal platinum & cancelled early this year b/c benefits didn't exceed annual fee. For credits, I don't use rideshare or stay at hotels except in Taiwan ($3k/yr), which I pay direct. I stay in Airbnbs in US. Opened United Quest yesterday. Takes care of 4K spend. Contemplating the AAdvantage Platinum & Citi cards for AA transfer

I'm totally burned out. It's been tough seeing colleagues take so many vacations while I couldn't, especially since we're all rewarded equally. I'm just so mentally tired that I can't do my usual work. I'm low on energy in meetings, not thinking clearly, and everyone else seems so fresh. I know it sounds like I'm a drama queen, but I can't go on like this. What's the best way to take a step back and recharge?

My inner introvert always panics when I'm invited to social gatherings, especially on weeknights when I know I'm getting up the next day. However almost 99% of the time I'm so glad I go because it seems to recharge something inside me. Maybe its because I'm with kids all day and socializing with adults just fixes what is broken inside of me? Haha idk. What recharges you and helps you get through the teaching week?

Every year I tell myself I’ll come back from the holidays refreshed, and every year I return still tired, just in a different way. Between family obligations, travel, and sneaking in work just in case, rest never really happens. I’m starting to wonder if I even remember how to properly recharge anymore. What actually helps you reset during the holidays, if anything?

Lately, I’ve been really thinking about work life balance. I used to dive headfirst into deadlines, but I've realized that taking time to recharge is just as crucial for staying productive in the long run. Whether it’s a fun weekend trip or a cozy evening at home, those little breaks make a world of difference. I’d love to hear how you all unwind after a hectic week any favorite rituals or activities?

I’ve been in this industry for 15 years and I’m still terrible at taking a real break. I scarf food in 2 minutes, check my phone every 5 seconds, and end up talking about work the whole time. I know it’s not healthy, but I can’t seem to actually turn off during my shift breaks. Does anyone here have a trick for truly disconnecting and recharging in the middle of a chaotic day?

I’m paying off a debt this month with a large monthly payment. I’m conflicted on what to do with the savings each month afterwards. I have a high yield savings I will most likely just dump it in but I was also thinking of investing it in my brokerage I just don’t know in what. Everything has been so up and down lately and I’m looking for something more stable. Any suggestions ?

Ever notice how sometimes even after taking a break, you still feel drained? Like you rested, but your mind didn’t actually rest with you. I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of “rest” actually helps me recharge...and it’s not always sleep or time off. What kind of rest actually works for you when nothing else seems to help?

Evening Wellness Tip 🌙 Before you go to sleep tonight, take a moment to slow your breath. Inhale deeply… hold… and exhale gently. Do this 3–5 times to calm your nervous system, release the weight of the day, and prepare your mind and body for rest. ✨ What you don’t let go of… you carry into tomorrow. Let tonight be the reset you deserve. Breathe. Release. Recharge.
