Hi everyone. I’m an Adweek reporter working on a story about workplace culture and how employees are feeling ahead of the IPG–Omnicom merger expected to close this fall. I’d love to hear from people currently at IPG or Omnicom agencies. Conversations can be totally anonymous/on background unless you’d like otherwise. If you’re open to sharing, please DM me here or reach out on Signal at audreygkemp.75. Your perspective would be really valuable. Thank you.

just released my free, open source project on Git. It's essentially a cold-calling platform like Zoom or Apollo. However, it's fully free, open source & configurable. Perfect for edge case go-to-market strategies. Data privacy for sales teams is at the heart of the project. Your hard-earned sales contact info and notes remain on your system only. Even i can't see these details. Unlike other platforms that share your data with your competitors. i'd love some feedback? 🙏🫡🇮🇪 https://github.com/dbee01/keiste-workspaces/

Hi everyone! I’m currently in the market for a new job opportunity! I’m looking for more of a challenge within the e-commerce/omni-channel marketing space, preferably remote. I’m currently a remote National Campaigns PM in the retail media space for a Fortune 500 company. I’ve been applying through various job sites, but also wanted to put myself out there on here as well. Does anyone know of any companies actively hiring for marketing ops / PMs / e-commerce managers? Thanks! A

I saw this on X and thought it was worth bringing here to discuss. Most often we are always stuck on the outer level of marketing and we have first established our Why. Big companies like Apple, Disney, Nike etc have all established their Why, so it makes the marketing so much easier. At my company our leadership team has an identity issue, making it hard to do the How, What, and Marketing. Where does your company excel and where does it struggle?

They changed my work title and responsibilities this year. How would I even go about getting market data? It’s one of those internal type titles that isn’t going to be easy to find or compare. I’ve tried ChatGPT so far and copilot. They’re telling me different things. How would you go about researching salary expectations? I’d like to know so I could find new jobs. I feel I’m not making enough since I’ve been with the company for over 10+ years.

I won't tell you whether the market will rise or fall tomorrow—that's fortune-telling. What I will tell you is how to monitor the market's health and risk levels as you would measure your own heartbeat and blood pressure, enabling you to make responsible decisions about your capital. To top investors, the market isn't just candlestick charts—it's a living entity with breath, a heartbeat, and a pulse.

The news we’ve all been waiting for… design software company Figma filed for an IPO with plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FIG.” Figma’s Q1 revenue increased 46% to $228.2 million (compared to $156.2M YoY) with a net income of $44.9 million. This is one stock I will be buying day 1. What do you think? Any long-term concerns with figma?

Heay Fishies. Has anyone heard of MobCoder? I've been approached to work for them at home. I'm just trying to figure out if they're legit. I've run through a few searches for them and nothing comes back scammy, but names get used, recycled and copied. Don't want to work for The Boston Group to find out it's the pizza place around the corner.

Is it just me or does everyone hate the data person until they need something? I show up with charts proving their project isn’t working and suddenly I’m the bad guy. Boss asks for ‘creative’ ways to present the numbers (aka make them look better) and marketing wants me to find data that supports their story, Anyone else dealing with this?
