I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have been struggling with managing a demanding workload with a very difficult pregnancy. I've always been very responsive and on top of things, but that has been slipping a bit. No deadlines have been missed. I am so tired of the grind and feeling like I'm the only one struggling to keep up right now. Partners know I'm pregnant and no one has said anything negative about my work or work style, but I feel like they must see a difference. How do I get through this?

The Underfund-then-Fire special standard leadership playbook: 1. Pump up a massive project with hype 2. Cut the requested budget/headcount by 50%. 3. Tell the team to "be agile" (translation: work double for free). 4. Project hits a wall because... obviously. 5. Cut the team to "save costs" after the failure they caused. Why is it always the guys writing the code who pay for a VP’s bad math? Sick of watching good teams get burned for leadership’s lack of a spine because of the spreadsheets.

✅ Today: Built automation loop structure Tomorrow: One cell populates with real data Day 3: Three tokens pull data successfully Day 4: Manual scan of MUTM documented as a case study The AI model I am using Know's I have ADHD, and building a small business takes hours and hours of time. The only wins are self driven. I have been in complete hyperfocus mode. Was feeling burn't out. I created structure that is actually working. Anyone else try this? Thanks to those here for the inspiration

-how can I re-study these problem solving questions and understand its logic? Happy weekend, folks! I've been rejected at interview because I couldn't print this formula "1 22 333 4444" at the interview without looping and use PHP function str_repeat($val, $time) inside that loop! I'm a Full stack web developer (laravel & vue) with 3 years of experience, also I remember I couldn't solve it at the university 😂. The interviewee solved it and I've explained his nested loop code!

Hey all, I’ve been working on a side project that is designed to help aspiring mgmt consultants prep for case study type interviews. The idea is gamified “micro learning” that folks can do on the go to practice frameworks, problem solving, etc. 1). Curious if anyone has had any history or success with this type of method. 2) I’ve mocked up a (way too early) MVP below if anyone is interested in trying it out and giving feedback! TIA https://form.typeform.com/to/c05VCxHa

Mgmt gave me a clear KPI (increase engagement/MAU for existing users) and a proposed solution. There are similar tools; ours would be free/integrated I'm reading Continuous Discovery Habits to prep and want to avoid jumping to delivery. My plan is to treat the solution as an idea and still research/validate the opportunity Some Qs When mgmt gives outcome and solution, how do you conduct discovery? Since MAU is a lagging metric, is it worth replacing it?

Hey everyone, I remember a few posts here about managing adhd and task paralysis during the work week. A neurodivergent friend of mine recently built an app called StartSmall:Beat Overwhelm. It is designed for those moments when you know what you need to do but just cannot start, and it gives you one tiny next step to get unstuck. It’s an interesting concept for a productivity app. Thought I would share in case it is helpful to anyone here.

Anyone else spinning their wheels trying to figure out how to upskill in AI? I almost rage-bought a Udemy course, but I'm scared it's the wrong move for a PM. Then I found this planner tool that builds a custom strategy (l.artics-us.com/us), but it's paid. Feels like I'm stuck between wasting 40 hours on the wrong course, or overthinking it with a planning tool. What did you guys do? Just dive in or map it out first?

Do you want to know what my dream job looks like? It’s all about developing automated trading systems for Forex. My ideal work involves creating trading bots, algorithmic strategies (MT4, MT5, TradingView), backtesting, optimization, and integrating AI/ML for smarter trading. I’ve built Martingale XAUUSD bots, ICT indicators, and scalping tools. Open to remote or freelance roles in trading automation!
