I built an app to fix the headache of sharing music across Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. It creates a universal link anyone can open on their platform of choice. It also converts full playlists. So, LinkedIn has jumped onto the Spotify "Wrapped"/year in review bandwagon. I am probably fortunately that I wasn't able to find it, it sounds like it's only available in their app. Everyone else is doing year in review stuff (Amazon, of course, but even the NYT games). Just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on that.

Has anyone worked in-house at Shopify? Genuinely curious about what that experience was look, both good and bad. They've had some big leadership changes lately. I've also seen internet posts that they do reviews 2x a year and managers must stack rank their team members against each other, with the bottom 15-20% getting put on PIPs. That just sounds cruel. Any insights?

Is it just me or was there like one SB spot that actually stood out? I can't even remember any of them in detail because they all just felt like a random, chaotic dump of ideas, one after the other. I guess I didn't realize how much I depended on music until I lost all my playlists a few days ago. Without it, I'm constantly distracted and getting nothing done. Last year Spotify pushed back the date they give comp increases from March 1st till May 1st with seemingly no reason. Has anyone else's company done this? I'm annoyed because this time last year I would have already started receiving my new paycheck amount and I feel like this year its a long ways away
