Curious about any on set/production accommodations anyone has ever made or suggest for a creative in their third trimester on a super shoot. I Won’t be beyond 36 weeks (no travel time from my OB) so still very much planning on attending (at least at the moment) but curious what if anything I should potentially ask for as some extra support that far along. Was considering inquiring about having a mid level AD come for some extra on set experience and as a support if I need, etc.

Is a $4,500 "discover your superpower" program worth it? 16 weeks, 8 group Zoom calls (90 min each) MIPS personality test + peer feedback Praised by billionaire Mohnish Pabrai, Andrew Wilkinson (Tiny), and other top execs Works out to $375/hour Seems like something I could DIY for way less? Anyone done programs like this—do they actually deliver or just good marketing? Need honest opinions before dropping this much.

Does anyone work at Intercom? I had the hiring manager interview and live assessment this week. They didn’t go amazingly but I think I answered the questions well in the interview…and for the live tech assessment, I didn’t know everything but was able to find the answers and asked the right questions to get them. Do you have to know everything and get all the questions right in order to pass? Or does showing you know how TO FIND the answers sufficient?

Truly love Gen Z folks for their unapologetic honesty. The senior manager texted on the group Slack chat on Friday evening, "Have a great weekend. See you all refreshed and ready for the next week", and one of our newest hires replied, "Guess we'll wait till next week for the WLB that was promised". It's been silent since then, but I'm kind of excited for Monday to see where it goes :D

Tips on having the right headset at work for remote calls? Want to look classy wearing one since I’m in a suit everyday. The current one (jabra wireless) makes me look like a call center agent (no offense intended). I’m think AirPod max or or the new AirPods for a sleeker discrete look? I don’t listen to much music so I don’t need it outside of calls. I want to be able to calls from my windows laptop (Bluetooth) and my iPhone.

Who supercommutes and can give anecdotes of their experience? Any advice? Looking to move to GA but have to be in Charlotte for role Tues-Thurs. Drive up Tues and back Thurs night. We'd be able to get away from the mortgage by moving into an inherited home in GA. This would be for a 2-3 yr window or until I could find a comparable remote role or something closer to the region.

Paramount is officially the winner in the WBD bid war. I found this whole process particularly interesting, as its not every day you see auch massive media firms merging. It was also a great example of value beyond hard dollars in M&A. Do you think they made the right choice? https://www.adweek.com/convergent-tv/its-netflixs-move-after-wbd-says-paramount-has-superior-offer/
