Advice needed.
PDM in tech with 10 yrs IT channel experience. Sole NA distribution owner managing TD SYNNEX, Pax8, and Ingram after layoffs removed my boss, VP, and only teammate. Comp is ~$80k OTE, capped, and designed for an IC role. Company is PE-backed, cutting execs, reducing MDF, targeting a 2028 exit. Worth pushing for comp re-leveling (base vs OTE), or is this a signal to leave?
