My comp is up for review this year and I want to make sure mine is in the market ballpark. Can be hard to know in a black box. Seeking comp data points for non-equity track NEPs (i.e. the deal/expectation is that you stay NEP). Would be helpful to know your graduating year and breakdown of salary/bonus, if you're willing to share. Feel free to message me. Thanks! FYI I know there are a lot of variables that go into comp when you age out of the lock step scale. Just looking for a sampling.

      Job Hunting in Tech

      Technical Program Manager
      7mo

I’m the only TPM in my department and am newish to the role, My current manager is happy to let me work how I like but other than general help doesn’t give a lot of practical advice. I don’t have a peer group within my own department to support my growth. There is a department of just Project and Program Managers that I have considered transferring to. My concern is that I would lose my freedom and independence that my current department allows me. Any advice is appreciated.

I’ve been leading sales and marketing efforts in TPA. At 1 company, my focus is selling contracts for new construction. At the other company, I’ve been driving sales and marketing for projects ranging between $50m-$600m. I’m looking for advice on how to keep sustainability as I grow, so I can continue building toward long-term stability. I found myself looking for work to find a position that offers a salary since both of my position are 100% commission.

Hi everyone, I’m currently searching for TPM/PM roles in Canada, but responses have been minimal despite tailoring applications. I’ve led backend teams and delivered healthcare and startup digital transformation projects, yet I’m starting to wonder if it’s my approach or the market itself. I’m also building an enterprise-grade application as a side project, would adding this to LinkedIn Experience help? Appreciate any advice.

I am looking for insight on Davies TPA as an employer. I value any information- good or bad. Any info on pendings/workload, professional development, work life balance, etc. How do they compare to larger TPAs like GB or Sedgwick? Has anyone worked for them under contract? I’ve seen one or two comments about large scale layoffs recently on another and I’m trying to gauge whether it is risky to accept a position here regardless of pay

I work for a service based tech company. Most of the revenue comes from project based installations and T&M break-fix service. Historically, this company hasn’t changed their comp plan much. A few minor tweak after Covid. This year, they made drastic changes. If have the same year I had last year, I’ll make 35-40% less compensation. Has anyone else experience drastic changes in their comp plan? I’ve heard this is common.

Hello beautiful people. I'm starting off and looking to collaborate with amazing individual looking to create amazing photos /videography. This is a part time venture for me as I transition from my current full time job into retirement. TFP would be great to start off with but compensation is understandable depending on arrangement. So please if your looking to create memorable images / videos reach out to me.

I am currently working in a Credit union, But with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service with Investments and a Series 6 and 63 License I feel underutilized. I would also like tp go back to remote work. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on companies to look for? I have worked for the same company for 20 years before a sudden job loss and took the job I have to get back to work.

Advice needed. PDM in tech with 10 yrs IT channel experience. Sole NA distribution owner managing TD SYNNEX, Pax8, and Ingram after layoffs removed my boss, VP, and only teammate. Comp is ~$80k OTE, capped, and designed for an IC role. Company is PE-backed, cutting execs, reducing MDF, targeting a 2028 exit. Worth pushing for comp re-leveling (base vs OTE), or is this a signal to leave?
