Oh my goodness!!! Have you heard NotebookLM? This app is amazing for presenting data and information with an interesting and captivating presentation. You simply upload or paste the information you need to share, and in just minutes you have an amazing demonstration. For teachers, you can create lesson plans, make quizzes, flashcards, etc. Although they have a pro version, the free version is incredible! Check it out and let me know "How can you use NooltebookLM https://youtu.be/vo6RrBsR-A0?si=Ow7jywKGwKoq-pKa

My department all have our classrooms right next door to each other this year and wanted to take advantage of that. We have an idea for escape room stations that would be divided up among the classrooms and students would rotate through. I was curious if anyone else has attempted a similar activity with students moving from one classroom to another, or has any ideas for Best Practices to keep the activity running smoothly. We hope to use this review as a test run for a future Hamilton lesson.

      Interview Tips

      Occupational Therapist
      10mo

Hi. My question is in reference to getting to the interview, so I hope it's ok. There are 2 completely different jobs at the same hospital that I want to apply to. The hospital website uses the computer to sort through applications. Can I send in 2 different resumes? Or how do I handle this. Job 1 is for a prn therapist posituon and the other is full time business office type job. I may be overthinking this, but do not want it to look like I am just applying to every kind of job. TIA

I finished my internship in August I’m trying to find another job. I’ve been looking for a while, but due to an opportunity i’m going back to school. I already have a computer science degree. The program is partially paid for. Now I’m kind of debating which one I should do. I’m getting my A+. Now I’m just debating between two programs Web Design, Graphic Or Computer-Aided Drafting and Modeling. I wanna do something that I know I can transfer into a job easily and quickly. Any suggestions?

      Jobs in Healthcare

      Wendy Metsig
      3w

I have a strong background in the Healthcare. I have worked front, back, and billing. Most recently, I worked on referrals, verifying insurances, and obtaining authorizations from Partnership, VA, etc. I am now in a course for Data Analytics. I would like to combine the 2, go into an Administrative role. I know that I haven't learned all I have to with all of the software. So I can't put it on my resume yet. I will be done in August, though. I want to work, and I am a hard worker.

Hi! I am looking to implement a referral program/expand on an existing one and would love to hear some ideas re: what is already being done. For context - we have some referrals programs in place at some of our manufacturing facilities - but do not current utilize across the board or for professional roles. Any do's/don'ts or recommendations would be welcome! I'd like to keep it simple but also see it as a way to impact internal morale and external networks.

My exec basically becomes a different person once they’re in the air. They’ll text me from the airport in a panic like, “Wait, what hotel am I at?” even though I’ve emailed everything three times. So now I send a master doc labeled “PRINT THIS” with every single detail in bold, just to preempt the travel chaos. Honestly, it’s saved us both more than once. What’s your go-to travel trick for keeping execs on track while they’re off the grid?

      Interview Tips

I have a second interview with Cintas for the Management Trainee Program (MTP). I am curious about what to expect and how to best prepare. Since there was no availability in my city, I originally planned to travel out of state; however, due to my school schedule, I will now be conducting the second interview online. Has anyone here been through the program or can offer advice on the process?

As an Executive Assistant managing complex international travel, I highly recommend using ChatGPT to plan multi-leg trips. It quickly builds clear, efficient itineraries with flight, visa, and logistics details—saving hours of research. For any EA handling global schedules, this tool is a game changer! Have you used AI tools to streamline travel planning?
